Треснули стекла передных фар VOLVO C70 -10-

Треснули стекла фар летом 2013 года, у дилеров узнал что это болезнь. Написал письмо на завод производителя. Пол года переписки. И вот он долгожданный ответ: неровные дороги+ жидкость не ту заливаю. А у машины пробег 35 тысяч был.

After the new holder was introduced 2010 W24, there has not been any complaints regarding cracked headlamps. So, we can now conclude that this cracking has not been a common problem after the measure was introduced.

Your car has been repaired with this new holder, so why this happens to your car again we have no answer to. But there are some things that we would like you to consider and to be aware of and which could be a reason.

- What kind of fluid are you using? some aggressivewindscreen washer fluids can cause cracks if they have high pH. We recommend our customers to use Volvo genuine washer fluid.

- Itis important that when the car is washed to avoid degreasing of the lens and does not apply in strong sunlight.

- Have you been driving carelessly on uneven road surfaces?

If you decide to change the headlight again, please contact Mr Gunars Bebriss, Musa Motors. We suggest then that he tries to change the holder on the headlight housing for a rubber pad, which can increase the flexibility when you drive on uneven roads.

But, please be aware that this measure is no guarantee that cracks do not appear again, since we do not know the root cause of your problem.

А жидкость конечно покупать в ММ? И в какую цену?

Конечно, как они писАли, от того какой рh у омывающей жидкости очень сильно зависит - треснет фара или нет.
Вот уж бюрократы еще те, похлеще чем у нас.

А не могли тогда в MM новые со старыми "перепутать" это более вероятно чем жидкость

НЕ поменяли то фара с трещиной на новые без трещин. Там типа уже 3 поколения фар. все модернизировали что бы не трескались.
